U 10`s Draw Thanks To Nathan.
Slaney U 10`s had the better of the exchanges in the first half but only put away one of many chances when Ethan Smith scored with a first time shot. In 2 nd`half Derry had most of the chances but only scored once thanks to Nathan Gardiner in goals, also played well for Slaney, Grace Kelly and Sean Curran.

With the recent purchase of the F.A.I. approved Juvenile Goal Posts, Slaney Juveniles would like to thank Rathvilly Reds for their generous donation. As safety is paramount with kids playing the game, these lightweight posts were a must and will last a life time - Thanks again to the Rathvilly Reds.
Slaney U 12`s First Win Of Season.
Slaney U 12`s improving form of late, finally chalked up their first win of the season with a 6..nil win over Nurney in Rathvilly. After Ross Donegan gave Slaney an 8`th.minute lead, they pushed on to score four more with a hat trick from Connor Owens and Jake Elliot 1. After the break Conor Owens scored Slaney`s sixth. Played well for Slaney .. Eoin Curran, Josh Moore and Daniel Curran.
Slaney Ladies Win Four In A Row
Slaney Ladies ( 6 ) v`s Arklow ( 0 ).. Slaney Ladies made it four wins in a row with this emphatic win over Arklow. Goals from Maggie Nolan, Leona Leonard and a brace from both Mary Coady and Catherine Dempsey hit Arklow for six with no reply.
U14`s Got Back To Winning Ways.
Slaney U14`s got back to winning way`s with a 5..1 win over neighbours Hacketstown in Rathvilly. Goals from Aaron Broughall, Conor o Brien and a brace from Conor Owens put Slaney four up at half time. In the 2nd half Aaron Broughall scored his 2 `nd. with Hack pulling one back before full time. Played well for Slaney .. Brendan Behan, Dylan Connors and Glen Byrne.
